Sprint offers HTC EVO 4G Stateside at last

America has recently gotten their hands on the first 3G/4G wireless phone in that part of the world, coming in the form of the HTC EVO 4G. This is clearly the latest and greatest Android-powered handset and for good reason – just read the specifications later in the post, and tell us that it ain’t so. Just before you continue reading, the HTC EVO 4G isn’t insanely expensive, although it is pretty pricey at $199.99 with a new two-year service agreement as well as a $100 mail-in rebate, where you can either choose from a new line activation or qualify for an eligible upgrade.
Here’s a teaser – this is the first handset to offer a new video chat service that offers two-way voice and video calling capability without any additional cost – now how about that? Want to know more about the phone? Head on after the jump then.
